Plan B chasing another plan
Published 1 year, 6 months ago in Nightlife.Good news for some Richmond residents in that nightly noise-maker Plan B Lounge in Bridge Road, Richmond, has withdrawn its VCAT application to stay open until 3am and thus further disturb the lives and sleep of nearby apartment dwellers. The story is that yet again this nightspot is about to change hands - it goes through more changes than a 4×100 relay team. Maybe new owners will recognise that the footpath is for pedestrians and not an extension of the bar - a fact that Yarra Council fails to police.
